Agência Sevem creates company websites, online stores, landing pages, micro-systems and custom systems, from layout to launch.
This website presents our services and projects and serves as a channel for quote requests and contact.
Use of the website
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the website to learn about our services and get in touch with us.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the content, layout or code of the website without prior written authorization. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Agência Sevem.
Quotes and hiring
A quote request made through the form or WhatsApp creates no obligation to hire for either party.
Scope, timeline, price and payment terms for each project are set out in its own proposal or contract. If these Terms and the signed contract differ, the contract prevails.
Stages and approvals
Projects follow stages agreed and approved with the client. The client is responsible for sending text, images, access credentials and other required materials, and for responding to approval requests.
Delays in sending materials or in approvals may change the agreed delivery date.
Payments
Payments follow the terms of the accepted proposal and may be processed by payment intermediaries. Any fees charged by those intermediaries, and providing correct billing details, are the responsibility of the client.
Prices and promotions
Published prices may change without notice. Quotes already sent remain valid for the period stated in the proposal itself.
We may run promotions with their own rules. Taking part in a promotion means accepting those rules.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling a project follows what is set out in the proposal or contract. Stages already carried out or approved are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law.
Information you provide
You declare that the information you send is true and current and that you are 18 or older, or acting with the authorization of a legal guardian.
Client content
The client declares that they own or are authorized to use the text, images, trademarks and other content they send, and authorizes Agência Sevem to use them to carry out the project.
Unless requested otherwise, the delivered project may be shown in our portfolio and on our promotional channels.
Intellectual property
The Agência Sevem brand, this website and its content are protected by intellectual property law and are for the exclusive use of the agency.
Rights over what is delivered to the client are transferred as set out in the contract, after the project has been paid in full.
Third-party services and content
Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, e-commerce platforms and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not liable for their failures, changes or downtime.
The website may contain links to external pages over which we have no control.
Changes to the website and services
We may change, suspend or discontinue content, features and services offered on the website at any time.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for damage caused by viruses or malicious software on the user's device, by connection failures or by temporary unavailability of the website.
Our obligations are limited to what is described in these Terms and in the contract for each project.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the district where Agência Sevem is headquartered have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to choose the courts of their own domicile.
